Robots Meta Tag and Keyword Meta Tag are what's missing in mine.

Are these really important? Does google still value meta keywords?

The WGTools link is kinda stupid. It's just basing it off of 9 things which everyone should already have. You get one wrong, you lose 11%.

just generate a robot.txt on the wgtools and Yes Meta tags are important in SEO.
