I have been very pleased with thier services. Now it seems like the support is lacking. My site has been down for 18 hours now and I have had a support ticket in and gotten no response. I hope this isnt going to be a trend because I really like the service there and this is the first real problem I have had. In the past they have always been very helpful.

Damn I got wrzhost opened in FF and planning to get me a hosting there, They say its really good and i think this is just temporary (Hopefully).
 
Hello im very sorry im on a temp internet where i live lightning struck something and caused the whole area to loose Satelite TV and internet there fixing it. But i will try and force another staff right now.
 
You can't force these thing. Most hosts offer 99.99% up time and that little .01 percent is for natural disasters like fires, storms, floods etc..which you can't do anything about. I've heard good things about wrzhost, just wait it out, as will said he is trying to sort it out ;)
 
I'm also having problem with the service now.. They're always fast to fix issues,but lately they can't seem to fix anything.My site was down for awhile,hopefully everything gets back to normal soon,otherwise We need to find a better host.
 
I'm sure that your problem will be solved fast.
WRZhost will be the first company that is hiring a full time employee, I received the update from my staff last night and I'm pleased with all the results.
WRZhost is doing great in my opinion and they are getting better everyday.

Sorry for not replying to this thread. I don't check these forums often. Our servers are currently online apart from one VMware Host. This is because two disks in the array have failed. We are working on getting the data recovered as soon as possible in the mean time, we are offering anybody effected by this a full money back offer and the next months hosting free.
