Hello guys,

I would like to know what will be the value($$) of my website.Well I want to know because I might sell it in the near future:D I worked like hell on this website.As you can see I am the only person maintaining it.:'(

Just leave your opinion here.

UV daily - 1500 to 2k+
Katz rating - 3*
Script - Wordpress(CMS)
Age - 7 months

What will be the amount you will bid if I kept my site for sale:P

i dont get where you come up with 200$ MAX, i could make a site that gets 2K+ a day in about 3 days... A site needs to be known before it can be sold at a high price, doesn't matter about traffic it has to be UNIQUE traffic and Make users come back daily etc...
If you can sell to the guy above, DO IT lol..
 
i dont understand y u dont have any problem with 300$ and 250$ as suggested by persons above me,anyway if want to buy a site i will contact u first.......lol
will get a better profit:))
 
i gotta agree with RT and raven....site is worth 150$ MAX....might fetch a bit less or more though dependin on the negotiation skills of the buyer:D

A sites value is based majorily on the quality of the website, the origin of it's traffic & the domain name. And in my case I would also have to consider the fact that this website is work, as 90%+ of your traffic is coming from Katz & DDL sites, that means I will be working (submitting) to gain traffic when I just paid for the "visitors". Not to mention, that the bounce rate is most definetly high due to the structure and design of the site so I would have to further invest my time and effort (time is money) into the newly purchased site.

All in all "if" I did buy this site, I'd bid $20.00 maximum as of right now.

If I was you I would work on the design. That should be your #1 objective, doing so will ultimately double the impression you send to potential customers. Secondly, you have 300 lifetime Google visitors and over 70,000 Affiliate visitors. That is one scary messed up ratio, work on your SEO.
 
I'm sure you would, because you have put forth a lot of time and effort into your website. However, you need to look at it from someone elses perspective. I'm not trying to discourage you, nor am I saying that you have a poor website/domain, I am just saying that it is too premature to attempt to sell your website.

You need to work on it some more, build up your direct traffic rather than your affiliate reliability on visitors.
 
I disagree with you guys, I can setup Wordpress with a free design, buy a warez database for about 5 $ ... maybe 10$ for a big one, I'll have between 4K and 10K of warez post (70 K for PHPBB including some help threads etc..), buy a domain name and a low cost hosting, it'll cost 20$... so I definitely won't buy that site for more than 15 $ - or do another one of my own
