What's that error

When I submit my download to KatZ Download
I got blacklisted and she says
Error 406, Not Acceptable: http://i38.tinypic.com/dpb9ub.gif
Please help me to resolve this problem

A quick way to resolve this is to put the following in a .htaccess file in your web site's /home/username/public_html directory:

SecFilterEngine Off

or try

<IfModule mod_security.c> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </IfModule>

And I think the problem is resolved

its becuz mod_sec is blocking people based on blank user agents if they come from cats it will be blank therefore being blocked.

Done a bit more of googling and this should be the fix. I have added it to my .htaccess you add it to yours!
