A quick way to resolve this is to put the following in a .htaccess file in your web site's /home/username/public_html directory:

SecFilterEngine Off

or try

<IfModule mod_security.c> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </IfModule>


Try both together no harm!

Done a bit more of googling and this should be the fix. I have added it to my .htaccess you add it to yours!

<FilesMatch "(mt.cgi)">
SecFilterEngine Off
</FilesMatch>
