You seem to not know what to do with your finances from the looks of it. If I were you I would hold on to it for the mean time. Simple as that. Your not gonna get the answer you want here.... -_-

This times a million, it sounds like you really want to make a difference and kill poverty in areas. I would recommend educating yourself and getting a stellar job so you could A) regularly donate to the poor B) enjoy a good life.
 
Invest in yourself as Gav0 said... Better education, better job, better income etc etc... And invest money in one thing and focus on that...
 
Those who say donate donate donate never had 700$ in their pocket. Stop saying that, I'm sure none of you all will donate that amount.

There are two options.

1. Invest, start a nice website. Buy cool scripts @ DigitalPoint and start a website. Buy an unique theme and start a nice 'non'-warez forum. To make money you need to invest clever and you need to come with unique stuff.

2. Safe the money, just do some small invests. Just wait 'till the right moment to invest.

Save for your future, u never know what might happen, someone might get sick in ur family, natural disasters, etc. It is safe to keep it in a savings account in a trusted bank.
 
I agree with localhost, I doubt any of you would donate that amount of money right out of your pocket.

Also I agree with him on the second part. Go on webmaster forums and find a really cool script that interests you and buy it.
