They suspected that your order is a "possible fraud order", you need to call them. If you don't they won't unsuspend your account unless you send them your passport ID and or driving license. I had the same problem, one phone call solved everything

P.S I even said to them that they need to rename the company name to FBIGator.

Last time I ordered from them for a friend, they asked me to call too, I called them up and had to read the name it was registered to, that was about all, they don't ask you anything much, just call them, it's no biggie.

all you really need to do is to send them email and tell them you cant speak english only write, they wont ask your number again or other things.

HG suspended my acc, they're good sometimes, othertimes they f00k up
