Hello guys, i need some help on building a new site.


i had a conversion site, but paypal kept on limiting me and i just gave up on them so i could not continue paying for script.

all response are welcome except stupid ones.. You know who you are...

Movie reviews and monetize with ads, would be the easy answer, but I am sure that is not what you are looking for. You need some unique concept for your site while keeping the content relevant to the URL


Blog about the conversion technology aspect, formats for media, that type of stuff.
 
So you already had the domain before now your deciding to build a site on it? Are you sure this is the domain you want to build a site on?

There are so many possibilities. You could create a music aggregation website that links to all the possible download areas for different songs ( example in a different niche: sidereel)

Or you could create a music review site, create a blog and post up new music everyday, slowly develop a following. These sites are becoming pretty popular among college students.

Be as creative as you can be.

If you want to generate ideas on your own. I recommend you sit down with a piece of paper and just empty your brain anything , any idea, no matter how far fetched, then go back in after 30-40 minutes and review what you have written. Chances are you'll eliminate a lot of them but you'll be left with a few options that are viable and you can use!

Personally, I never buy a domain first, I always do my market reserach and then determine what niche to go into, because if you do it the other way around you are possibly severely limiting yourself.
 
Do what others suggested. Sit down with a blank piece of paperer and then just brainstorm and right down all the ideas you can come up with for your new site. Then go back and pick out the ideas you can start off with. There are a lot of different stuff you can do to the website.
 
Your actually asking people what to build? That means your looking to be someone's bitch. Be your own bitch and build what you've an interest in, not because your someone's bitch.

If your make something because it's suggested then you'll have zero if any real or natural interest in it. If you sit on the domain for a few weeks until you think of something you genuinely think is a good idea and like then you'll have far more of an interest in it and therefore it will have a far greater chance of success.

Mr.Happy is right. Its your site, if its your idea then the site will be wonderful :)

Well taking suggestions is not bad..
I think you should try something legit and not warez like music review site so companies like Google Adsense wont ban your account :)
