What should i do with my RS pls help

Well, i have got RS accs with 4138 fp and 67k PP with 21 rapidsa left..
The package i chose was lowest as m not free these days and busy with work, m not able to download. It suddenly changed and now m left with only 21 rapids i had 593.


It shows i have exceeded my storage, is it because of this my package was automatically selected to higher 1? And if yes, should i transfer all my files to collectors account?

And as i dont use rs much these days, where is the option to turn premium off ?

Any better ideas are most welcome :)

1) Write to RS and ask them if they can convert the PP into FP and recharge 600 rapids for every 10,000 FPs. You should be able to receive 7 x 600 rapids.

2) Goto settings of your account and select 'Automatically delete inactive files (after 60 days without a download).'
3) Select the lowest package (currently Small with 4 rapids debit per day).
4) Select 'Your Minimal Package: 'Lowest possible package'
5) Select 'Your maximum Package: 'RapidSmall'

Now you don't haven't worry about RS upgrading you to a higher package and slashing your rapids.

thanks mate...
but what if i dont check "automatically delete inactive files" option, will my package be upgraded to higher 1 automatically ?
i dont want any other package at the moment, i have got 60GB traffic @ the moment which is more than enough for me to use these days, the traffic wont become 5GB or less than 60GB right if i have degraded the package and not using ?
 
I don't think you have to worry if you set the right minimum/maximum package.

But anyway, every outside the storage allotment on your pacakge is subject to the '60 days' rule.

At the moment the small package is the smallest package you can select.

Last question,
i have 60GB traffic/bw left, but as m on rapidsmall package, m only allowed to download 1GB ? or i can download as much as i have traffic left but only will be credited with 1gb ?
 
That's a question I don't have answer for.

I thought that when you downgrade, also the bandwidth goes down. It did when I upgraded and then downgraded. First it changed to 5Gb, then after downgrading it, it changed back to 1Gb.
