What makes a good PPS program? Who did you have most success with, what do you look for in pay per sale programs?
I am thinking of opening a filehost on spare servers that are doing nothing now.

2 and 4 can easily be done

3. im thinking 50% first time (except if bought via reseller) / 50% all rebills

5. you mean no advertising?
