atm can only afford $15 a month.

next month though i plan on getting $25 a month for this one im looking into with better specs.

would like to get on same host but for 35 a month for even better specs...

but i will go with what i can afford.

Whats the difference between Windows RDP and using Windows VPS RDP? Which one is good cost effective and fastest? Budget 30$+

A Windows VPS has dedicated guaranteed resources while a Windows RDP doesn't. It depends on your personal preference.

$15 or less. That's only because I am new to this uploading game & don't want to throw excess cash around meaninglessly if I know I can't make it back. It's easy to increase budget once you have been doing it for sometime, know what you are doing and are an uploader for a few popular sites.
