$15 or less. That's only because I am new to this uploading game & don't want to throw excess cash around meaninglessly if I know I can't make it back. It's easy to increase budget once you have been doing it for sometime, know what you are doing and are an uploader for a few popular sites.

The 1.25Gb/s screenshot is nonsense ... as it's internal moving from one HD disk to another .... within the same server ...

Anyway, my budget is around $35. However, I have a $15 RDP (actually VPS) from Hamza and it's pretty good for that price.

well i'm not interested in an rdp but i do own a VPS from knowinservers with TF/RL..installed on it along with my website....

I can pay $30 for 100 GB space, 1 GB port RDP, Unmetered bandwidth.

But it should have less number of users. Once I bought one from someone and there were like more than 35 folders of different users in C:\Documents and Settings\users. But he said only "18 users". I might be wrong. But it has Slow rar speed and everything......

Now thinking of buying a Win VPS in US with same budget....

The cheaptest RDP I've seen is $12.50 that's with 50gb & 2TB bandwidth but the downside is they're run out of stock!
