What is the best method to download and send files fast way? I need to download some 20 films edit send to a server and post on my blog. The best way to do this would be to buy a VPS? Or there is better and cheaper options?

High end VPS will cost you more than RDP.
So better buy an RDP because its meant to do this type of work .

By "edit" if you mean encode / video conversion - you need to buy encoding RDP.

Since you are not doing any heavy things a normal $5-6 RDP will be more than enough for your requirements.

VPS is certainly no worth it for this kind of website. Indeed a RDP would better fit your needs (AND is cheaper!).

the best method for you is a VPS (windows with rdp or linux with vnc) . i recommend windows .
