I dont think you will find any good paying filehost for those regions because people from those areas most often dont buy a premium account

So no gain for the filehosts in paying more for those areas

Filesonic is good for arab traffic, and some nations like saudi arabia and emirates have money.

Both Saudi Arabia and United arab emirates is in category B in filesonic affiliate program and both nation buys premium account from time to time, better stick with a well known filehost like filesonic and not duckload which is relatively unknown.

Indeed I work now with Filekeen but the service is not stable sometimes no downloads sometimes no upload ...etc and what is important now is FTP as they will add this option since first of April and nothing till now
