sending need 2 add pan card and credit card to send payments & u can't use ur paypal balance to send payments

receiving i guess no limits (for unverified) not sure about this & need 2 add pan card & bank acc details to withdraw to local banks

If an Indian is sending more than $500 from an unverified account, he is using stolen funds :p relax...kidding...kinda, but not really...
