If Hetzner is flagging you for DMCA, you’ll need an offshore provider. Look into QloudHost, Shinjiru, or HostMeNow since they’re commonly used for this and usually accept crypto. To hide your origin IP, put something like Cloudflare in front of your server so your real IP isn’t exposed.
Just keep in mind that "DMCA ignored" doesn’t mean no rules at all, providers can still act based on local laws or repeated complaints.
