what happen to shineservers

hello,
my site down last 3 days i am try to contact to shineservers owner what happen to my site sent him PM, Try to Contact On Skype but They Did not reply me any body facing same problems

Maybe they detected,that the ddos attack coming through your site.they done the same with me.,it was so disappointing for me...(my site never received any ddos attack)
Ask for your site backup and transfer your site to another hosting company.This is the best solution.Im sure that the ddos have nothing to do with the hosted sites,it is related directly to shineservers.
Since my site got transfered to another hosting company,my site is always online without any problem...

Shineservers have a very good and honest support,so you can solve your problem for sure.

I never know that i used to provide support over PM or Skype or whatsoever , Did you anytime try to raise a ticket , if not then its irrellevent to raise a thread about us as you don't know simple words of mine that " We do not provide support on WJ " Its not our support system .

I hope you get me .

Mods , i request you to close this thread as without ticket i can't help him nor even my staff .
