I've been looking for some good movie streaming scripts/CMS and came across these websites which seem to all have the same exact script:

The terms and conditions are even identically wrong - they both end with "Any information provided by you or gathered by the site or third parties during any visit to the site shall be subject to the terms of YesMovies.to’s Privacy Policy." Anyone know what CMS they use?
Otherwise can anyone recommend a good CMS to use? I haven't found one with a nice modern layout similar to the current popular sites. I was looking at TVstreamCMS and 123streamcms but it seems those are no longer unavailable.
