What Can I Do For Traffic For My Brand New Site?

I Build It On Wordpress...So I Don't Have Any Idea How To Get Traffic...It's A Latest Scene Release Site...So Can Anybody Tell Me In Detail...How To Make One Site Populer...In Other Words "TRAFFIC"

PLS DON'T TELL ME TO GOOGLE OR SEARCH THE FORUM FOR IT...I NEED HELP...

***idea***I'M A REGULAR UPLOADER, SO PUTTING THE SITE NAME ON ALL OF MY DOWNLOAD LINK WILL GET TRAFFIC OR WASTE OF TIME? CAUSE THERE ARE MANY MANY FILES!

you will NOT make your site "popular" as you're lazy.

Don't think that someone will explain everything in a reply. none knows everything about SEO and the different ways for getting traffic.
 
First of all, Stop Typing Like This, Not Every Word Needs To Be Capitalized. Use one colour and font in your topics, multiple colours are annoying and hurt the eyes.

Anyway, add some kind of SEO plugin and configure it with your keywords etc. Submit a sitemap to Google Webmasters and then submit your site to some directories.

And as hatem said, people won't help anyone who wants everything on a silver platter. You need to do research, test strategies, learn from mistakes. People will only give advice IF you have tried things on your own.

Believe me you will get your site nowhere if you keep waiting someone to help you.

I don't care if you continue calling me noob or whatever, someday I was on your current situation but thanks god I passed it without creating such thread :P

Yes, I have the answer. Finding out anything you want yourself is the way to success.

Are you expecting tips and ideas from some people who own fail sites that have zero traffic after katz closure? I don't think so.

If I'm not mistaken you want to build a successful blog like rlslog.net for scene releases. well I'll make it easy for you in few steps:
1. Get a stable hosting & suitable domain.
2. Start adding releases with unique title.
3. Build up strong backlinks that refer to your site.
4. In a few months you will notice amazing results!

I'm not talking 'bullshit' nor I want to frustrate you, I'm talking through my little experience that I learned in about a year.

Anyway, I apologize if I didn't manage to give you the idea clearly from the beginning. Wish you good luck with your project. :)

Okay ;-)

Build up backlinks=
1. Link exchange with other sites.
2. Leave comments with your siteurl.
3. Put your siteurl as a signature (read site rules first)
4. Spread links from your site to social network sites (Facebook, twitter...)
ummm there are more but I don't remember them now :))

The most important thing to keep in mind is, don't spam your siteurl like crazy. Google bots will catch you and ban your siteurls from being indexed!
