Paypal have strict rules against cyber-locker sites( file hostings) so they only accept with some few big ones for payment gateway providing.

Ive heard Payweb.co supports most of the file hostings nowadays and its better than paypal because it allows every file hostings like novafile, filejoker etc..

Payweb.co charge 100$ a month + 4.5% +0.20$ per transaction that's really expensive if you ask me
