why not embed from video hosts directly?

plugin like this will damage hosts by stealing traffic.

Because it can hide the source file. Prevent also from being deleted.

But it does damage to the streaming hosts and the right holders. Like they are paying for your hotlinked videos and they not earning a single cents from it because of this plugin.

I don't know about that but i'm planning to host it on picasa which is a google. I think most streaming host owner who see users that uses this plugin banned their account. :/
