wel i would just like to say, i have used webthosting shared for the last month (not long i know) but so far i have found them to be very customer friendly compared to some. my tickets were answered within 15 mins and problems resolved rapidly. i am not knocking anybody so dont trash me lol but me personally i find that customer service should be top priority and previous hosts ive used only answer your tickets if you enquire about spending more money. i have also had no downtime except half an hour which i was told about 2 weeks earlier via email so i am happy i have no intension of moving and i hope they stay this way for the future :)
 
I think you're the only person to leave good feedback about webt hosting, wouldn't surprise me if you guys were the same people.

Great support.. Fast support!
Amazing good speeds on their vps.. I was more then happy, but unfortunately they had some issues with LVE-02 (some downtime)

Im guessing you pay monthly.. or if not, the money that they take from you is nothing (shared)..
The time will come when you will need to upgrade to a bigger plan, and when they lure you with yearly plan and offers, you will pay them $100+ and they will forget about you.. I have nothing against any company personally, i have just seen this so many times from that company.. So just a heads up.. pay monthly!

It is not LVE-02. It was node 2. There was a HDD failure on node 2 that lead to the downtime.

If you want you can get another VPS on a different server if you order new, I will personally make an exception for you, that is money back guarantee even on your new order. (As per our terms moneyback is applicable only to the first invoice, but I will make an exception for you if you try out a different node.)

HDD was already replaced.
 
how about my refund of 12.50 for half my month that i payed 25$
since you went down on me for 9 days in a row making me have to move
when i was only 11 days into my hosting
yea i never saw that refund so your B/S on your money back guarantee

Is I am Only criticizer here for you and defaming you, you got a BAD name by your Services and Cheating your customers ?

Even You give Free Service to People In WJ members, I am sure No one will be Interested even In taking that .......LOL!


Friendly Advice: Close Down your Business From WJ , and try to move other Forum for selling your Crap, as Here all people knew your Truth

You realize after 1 year that you need a refund? Unfortunately we provide 30 day money back guarantee, not 1 year.

You got a refund excluding $15 as per our terms which you agreed to. At that time you signed up VPS orders excluded $15 when refunded. You never bothered to read the terms before signing up but blindly clicked that you agreed to it. Is that our fault?

And after that $15 thing you keep on posting 'scam' everywhere when it is your fault that you did not read the terms.

At present the $15 policy is no longer there though, at present all VPS orders are eligible for a 100% refund in 30 days on the first payment. More details on this at http://www.webthosting.com/forum/threads/5-Refund-Policy-on-VPS-Updated

Friendly Advice: Dont be lazy. Read the terms actually before you click on that you have read and agreed to it.

You suddenly realize after 1 age that you need a refund, not bad idea to bash someone. Here are all your tickets, if you do not wish to make bad out of it, stop here or else I will make a video of your entire account to prove who is telling lies. This is my final decision.

Thanks for your professional comments. You never opened a refund ticket earlier and suddenly realize it is good to bash someone, great idea.

if this is the kind of popularity you have though i think i would rather not go with a hosting package from you.. pages upon pages on google of diffrent sites and reviews of unsatisfied customers

 
If you actually notice only 3 or 4 people flooded the whole internet. If anyone wants proof of everything one by one, one at a time I am well-prepared to prepare videos to prove what has happened.
