Webmoney Initial or Personal Passport

Hello,

I have wemoney Formal passport, it was issues 2 days ago, now I am trying to get Initial or Personal passport but they say it needs you to contact agents but none of the agents live in India

Formal passport is enough to do all of your works. Even big filehosts uses formal passport. If you really want personal passport then you have to visit Russia.
