I'm really interested but don't want to start at $50 for it... :S Take any lower? ;)

Also I'd like to view the traffic stats, backlinks, any PR, domain expiration.
Also I'd like to know what you've done to advertise with it and such...
 
So you want $60+ for a site that no one goes too and has had no advertising done to it...

I'll trade you a site I coded myself but theres no traffic on it either... Would seem fair or you could buy it for $60. :P

nah... but you really wouldn't take less than $60? :(
