if i'm not mistaking when they used the site rate thread if you rated high enough stars then you got the webmaster group. we're all webmasters imho here trying to learn from each other

If I'm not mistaken, Webmaster is given to sites ranked 5*.

The webmaster rank kinda affiliated with the review section. But now we don't have it anymore.
