It's a hobby and education for me. It started as a hobby and while going down the webmaster road I picked up alot of knowledge that brought me to today. I'm a full time web developer at a reputable company so I don't have time to manage my sites during the day. Once I get home, first thing I do is check all the routine things (logs, reports, load, backups, etc...) and on some occasions I simply try to improve certain bits of one of my sites. (Like I'm going to start doing in a minute).
