Hello,
I need Web Design of File Host.
Paying via Paypal, i need the PSD only.

Please show me your works before posting any information about you.

After choosing the designer we can talk at Skype/MSN.

Need it as soon as possible.

If you have a budget of US$400 I can help you. I have done works for client such as HSBC, YMCA, Google Maps Partners. Am a full time designer. Will do 3 concepts for you, 3 revisions and a total 3 unique page designs. 40% advance payment, 40% after work done, 20% after file submission.

For an addition of US$200 I'll do the coding, HTML5 & jQuery. Guaranteed compatibility with smartphones.

Am not lowering my prices, PM me only if you can afford more, not less.

Hm... why would someone who's good enough to work for banks and Google projects, waste their time for only 400 dollars?

More weird than that, why would that person be interested in making money uploading to filehosts?
Yes, it's not my call, but it sounds way too weird.
