I quite like that looks good, nice and simple not to busy, and easily navigated.

A slightly darker blue for the header but keep the light blue for the nav.

And the main nav bar maybe about #333333 then put a light gradient overlay so it stays overall pretty dark, think it would look quite good.

You may want to put a little bit of a space between online innovations. The bold helps "online" to stand out, but the word online probably isn't just what you're trying to sell. I use the word "sell" loosely, because I'm not sure what your goal is.

The design slogan across the board is KISS, Keep it simple stupid. So far, looks good.
