I must say, the first design was looking much better.. But keep trying. Forget what other people say about you when they are just trying to hurt your e-feelings.

I do accept criticism as a way to improve but when someone straight up says you suck you need to stop now. That is just plain harsh and is very hateful. I don't appreciate it when people do that. Yes I am a new to GFX design but I am not a newb to HTML ad CSS coding

The 'For All your web design needs' blends in too much with the background. Colour combinations are great, I like the rounded edges. Keep it up!
