I am looking for the webmaster control panel for Wcddl v3 but i cant seem to find it does anyone know where i can get it. or can someone provide me with one?

idk thats what im trying to figure out. i know certain ddls have a wcp. but i dont know if they coded it them selves

Happy has released one ACP for WcDDL v3

im not looking for the admin control panel im looking for the webmaster control panel. where other webmasters can sign in to submitt there downloads
