I didn't add the DDL table yet as ima out of ideas, im going to be using icons, I no that much....

Any suggestions, ideas and or critisiscm are welcome.

You need better Logo

The logo on the top sorta makes it look odd, maybe spoils everything. Because I thought it was weird when I looked at the logo. When I looked at the rest of the design, I actually found it VERY nice. Maybe remove or revamp that logo, so as not to spoil the overall look

Looks decent, nothing special. Keep working on it!

Improvements:
- add some colour!
- "Search Downloads:" text is too big
- footer text is too small
- make a better logo, use some web2.0 logo's for inspiration
- the effect used on the "search it" button doesnt go with the rest of the site, either remove that effect or use the same sort of effect on the navigation bar, header, footer... that will make everything flow better.

lol yeah i seen it after i took the SS, thanks for all replies... I've taken 3 days to design tht as ima taking my time like wrz.co hmm i am gonna check some suggestions like the logo nd the effects, hmm i do wish to sell when done, maybe $30 - $40. + if any1 is really interested let me know now then i can add ur stuffs............

DDL sites usually have 40 submit listings per page. You've a massive gap between them. If you have 40 you'll be scrolling for ever to reach the bottom. squeeze them together more and see what it's like with 40. Add page nav too and put some info into navigation and partners. Add other stuff like a copyright line, scroll to top, etc.

ps: Mr Happy, i altered and adjusted teh table an now i fit 18 in, so when its codedi reckon i csn set to 30 - 35
