My top income streams are from Affiliate programs ( I get offers from Clickbank/e-Junkie) and Private ad sales and some from selling my products. Even thought I didnt make a lot of products only some Thesis Themes for WP.

@Mary, I personally use Adsense, but I think affiliate marketing is the most effective one in terms of earning money. As for rest of them, no idea !

CPA stands for cost per action. These actions are usually leads or sales. It's basically a middleman network that gathers all sorts of affiliate offers from affiliate networks. It also gathers as many qualified affiliates to drive traffic to those offers and by merging those two together, there is supposed to be money made amongst the three parties.
