Warning: Bestreams Isn't Paying Everyone

I have another thread about Bestreams on the topic of incorrect view counts and started discussing the lack of payment, but those comments got somewhat buried on that thread and so I wanted to make a new one about Bestreams not paying, to warn people.

I haven't been paid from Bestreams in over six weeks now and I can't get a response to any e-mail. They don't have an "official" thread on wjunction. I thought that they probably weren't paying anybody, considering the six weeks. But then I contacted a couple of other people who use Bestreams all the time and I discovered that both of them were paid. One was even paid twice in this same six week period. I'm quite certain those two people are larger earners than I am, and so I suspect that Bestreams is paying large earners (whatever that figure might be) and neglecting the smaller ones. At least that's what I suspect.

Hmm, you have given me an heart attack mate.
I also started working with them.
And I am about to reach my first threshold. Will ask for payout and let you know.

They did for me in the past, but not now. Six weeks is a long time, too long to think they're intending to pay me. And no e-mail replies. It looks like they only pay some people now. Maybe you're one of the lucky ones.
 
I guess one of the things that's most annoying about not getting paid by Bestreams is that I can't delete my files. So not only do I have a pending payment since mid October, but generally my files continue to get hits (so Bestreams continues to make money off my files) and I'm not getting paid. But they are. Annoying...I tried yet another e-mail, appealing to their sense of kindness in this holiday season to give me my money. Nothing's going to get me this money it appears. Obviously they're continuing to pay some people as I still see Bestreams being used, but I'm sure I'm not the only one they've left in the lurch...

Added after 5 Days 3 Hours:

New warning -- pigs must be flying today because Bestreams paid me! It took two months plus. When I saw it, I thought "oh, that figure looks familiar" and then just about gasped when I realized it. And now, I've accumulated enough since the last time I cashed in that I cashed out again. Let the waiting begin...

So, it's been a long time since anyone's posted about the despicable Bestreams. I hardly see their links around anymore, so I think that not even big earners are getting paid from them anymore. Even when they paid, at some point they started keeping hits for themselves. I've had a payment pending for about $30 since the middle of December 2015. They never paid, never responded to e-mails. But since you can't delete files they *still* continued making money off me and it was only about 2-3 weeks ago that my files started making zero. And it added up to another $20. I looked today and all my files are now deleted by them. I guess they decided it wasn't worth it anymore to hold onto my files. I get that $50 isn't a lot for some, but it's a lot for me. They owe me and they owe many of you. They constantly promised payment, but didn't pay. And it really is despicable. No wonder many of us get worried when some hosts don't pay for weeks and weeks. We can blame hosts like Bestreams and Mightyupload for that. We have to trust them, but they can do whatever they want with the money that they owe. I really appreciate the hosts that pay like they should.

Pending payment from them since 09/2015.

Exactly like you said, no replies or emails of any kind. Even through his personal email he shared with a few when he first start his site.
And why aren't hosts honest about not paying because they still want uploaders earning their host money.

Because of this I started a list of hosts that are still alive and haven't paid and do not reply and just hosts to avoid in general.
