First i dont like to ruin someone business, i'm trying to cooperate with the owner/support by submitting support ticket but they just disappear and nothing i get.

I buy from them cause i see good review on their thread (http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=57558). I buy on 24/03/2011. I ordered VPS with direct admin. I pay Him €14.90 EUR + €4.95 EUR (VPS + Direct admin). 10 minutes activation is just a joke. I don't get this. 12 hours+ and i get my VPS detail. he give me VPS details without Direct Admin.

I ask him here and on the support ticket and he say direct admin will be installed on 25/26-03/2011. I 'm waiting and until Now I still don't get My Direct Admin. Submitting around 3 Supprt ticket but still he just disappear. Ask for refund but still nothing.

They offered Semi Managed VPS but in fact I don't get the support for 5 days already. Look below.

In Short I ordered VPS with Direct Admin, I only get VPS without it. Support is just the worst. So Another Scam. for others beware before buying from them.

Im sorry to hear about this, do you need assistance installing Direct Admin or have you figured it out? If you do ill assist you in installing it and getting your VPS off the ground unlike your web host.
 
UrgentVPS will delete a lot of support tickets if they don't feel like dealing with it. Just how they are. Uptime with them was great, but it's not semi-managed by any means.

There are loads of terrible reviews on them. According to their ex clients there is no support. If you are looking for a (semi)managed solution, you are obviously on the wrong place.

I think it's appalling that a competitor would openly bash another company like this, however I suppose wjunction is a bit more lax on it's policies than other forums I frequent so we'll just have to live with it, I suppose!

I'd just like to say that there are circumstances and certain things involved with different cases and I can't comment on all of them, but things aren't always what they seem. If you have any issues with us, feel free to contact us and we'll see that we do our best to rectify the issues.

Hi there,

Could you provide me with proof of this? We've NEVER deleted support tickets if we "don't feel like dealing with it", however if you can provide proof of this I'll happily look through and admit to it.

^^ it's not only appalling from a competitor (KnownSRV), everyone knows that they provide a much better service than you do and if "zeroseven" read the reviews before he ordered,he would have stayed away from you.
 
They said that their servers are ddos protected but fact is that they cant even survive single DOS attacks!

uregntvps suxxx once i bought from them experience was sucky they should close this so called hosting company......coz they suck and same goes to pakdevs
