I started a warez forum a few months ago and have had some awesome success with it. I barely do any work on it I spend about 3* hours a day working on it and im getting about 25-40 new registrations a day. I run vBseo on it so there is tons of linkbacks and refback links which is great for google!

IF you know how a warez site runs there is something called download submitions, you submit downloads from your forum to over 100+ sites and reason why im telling you this is because we have got this integrated in the admin cpanel of the forum so you barely have any work to do!.

Good luck on the sale , however you shouldn't over-estimate your own site. All the traffic is worth 0.00$ since it's submission traffic. And everybody knows that submission traffic = crap.
