Warezspot database.. What to do..?

I thanked him ,when we started the conversation and also appreciated his suggestions.

I haven't done anything to his site, nor i intend to do so. All i want him to do is ;delete the database and not make it public.

well better delete his db/files, then it's good every one respected you,that's my thought. i already banned on warezspot without any reason, just i go to his forum with my name smartwarez to tell him his forums errors,and they banned me.. that's too stupid, but i never mind, soo much kiddes in the warez...idc

The others aren't bitching about the fact that you've found a backdoor to someones DB and told that the admin in question infact there aren't many other persons who would do that.. thumbs up for that

But the thing no one likes is the blackmailing part - you could've told him about the backdoor and thats it but you had to mention the link trading and uploading for you.
Thats the same as finding a wallet with money and give it to the rightful owner and demanding a 50% cut thats not the way how it should be.

You don't have to prove anything. Also, your members are spamming his forums, so you should ask them to control themselves... if they don't you never know souleater may release the database.
