This is one of the best site IMO.

Has superb organic traffic and it's 4* on katz also. Members have loads of dumps posted everyday and awesome stuffs you can every find will be there on wS :)
I was an uploader there and enjoyed my stay over there. Hope the new admin keeps wS good :D

Check warezshares's shoutbox, this might be a scam.

Also, proof of ownership means that you need to upload text file on your server(where Warezshares is hosted) stating something like "LikePee is selling the site on WJunction"
