I personally dislike that skin, still. The creator of the skin shows good gfx skills but when you look at that skin for 5 minutes it start to bore real quick. Bleh.
 
Nice looking site, good graphics. Only thing is, content reigns over looks, and the graphics seem to dominate this site (I like the skin though, the top graphic is kinda big and the site's a bit narrow for my liking). Word of experience: some of the biggest sites started as, and still are, simple, crude looking websites -- due to the content and targetted traffic going to it. Nevertheless, if you like the skin, keep it -- it has potential, provided you give it some good content.
 
1. the skin is good, maybe would be better if it was liquid, not fixed.
2. the header is bad, cheng the text and make it more readable and professional looking.
3. you need more members, give an incentive for people to sign up to your forum. i.e. 'uploaders needed' 'staff needed' - and then state the benefits.
4. you need a custom favicon which matches the theme.
5. the text in the top right is too big, make it a bit smaller so it fits the skin better:
