My Review:
- Loading speed is fine.
- Logo needs to be improved.
- Remove the ads. O.o
- Remove that huge Donate to us thing you have going on. If people want to donate, they will.
- "74 Days, 11 Hours, 3 Minutes, And 37 Seconds Since Forums Came Online!" looks out of place, move it somewhere else.
- Change this image (http://www.warezmasti.com/forum/images/ambient_lighting/statusicon/subforum_old.gif) and 9http://www.warezmasti.com/forum/images/ambient_lighting/misc/navbits_start.gif) to something matching the skin.
- Your slogan is unique, I guess.
- I really don't like that skin, but whatever.

Overall, your site needs some work, but it's okay. 7/10.

Logo needs major improvement and you have ads on the Nav bar and the footer, plus the AlertPay button says "Donate Us", you want to get donated?

^ agreed with everything.
i used to like that skin, but now it is over-used. find something more unique.
