Not sure if its just me but i can see a sight resemblance

Get a new favicon
Get a new skin that one is way over used

Why do you need 2 of these remove one of em

The marquee and blinking text is annoying.

The registration box will take most of the space above the fold for a lot of common screen resolutions. Also, you have a notice about being unregistered and whatnot, so the registration box could be considered redundant/intrusive by some.

The skin and icons look nice, get a favicon though.
