The only thing worthy of Scene news relating to sites includes stuff like when the Pirate Bay was sold and when WBB will finally upgrade to PHPBB 3. If your not on this level then it's definitely not Scene News.

The Priate Bay was sold for $7.8 Million and your worrying over $30.

I heard about you:
This is what you did:
- You got a 3 days fully working trial of 3 days.
- You ordered a semi-dedicated plan from WH of $30 bucks and you agreed with their TOS (no-refunds but 3 days test accounts. only special refunds due downtime.)
- You used the service for 9 days.
- Then you asked a refund, and they told you that they won't refund. But then they where able to refund you but they noticed that you used their service for 9 days. a normal Money-Back-guarantee is 7 days.
- so no refund.

Now because WH has been taken over by us, i would like to help you sir. MafiaHost always try to keep their customers happy. You are unhappy so please email me so we can make a deal.

What proves that you're a new company with new management, you could be the guy which owned WarezHost.WS.

How you heard about me ?Im that famous ?

what 3 days of trials ?Nothing as such was given or discussed.
I didn't look for Semi, i was looking for a company that allow warez file hosting on their server.

I didn't actually see any TOS and if their was any i cant prove which is right bcuz that guy probably made another one unhappy who was a badass and hacked his damn site.

make up your mind, its they don't or they have that damn guarantee.

Also no company doesn't refund specially on shared or semi hosting.
In my opinion, if you are honest you shouldn't bought a company with a really bad rep.
 
Cool. Anyways, l0cal seems like an ok guy and what he's saying does make sense. A company buying off customers is a normal thing and downtimes while the transfers are in progress are normal.
 
Man, my problem with them isn't now.
Also i don't know l0cal, but if he wanted to keep MafiaHost with a good rep, he shouldn't bought it.
 
Sorry for these problems with WarezHost, but we are MafiaHost.eu and i'm trying to make you happy because you also called our company name. This is the first complain about our service by the way :D

I made this offer with him:
- $20 Refund
- 1 month free Semi-Dedicated hosting

unfortunately he didnt agreed. If you change your mind, this offer is still on the table.

But understand this:
WarezHost = history
MafiaHost is a totally different company, better plans, support, prices, rules and owner.

SMLMATS not being a dick or anything but you need to back down a bit

localhost has bought a failed company and is trying to give the old customers a better experience in my eyes hes got balls to do that taking a failed company with bad rep to make it better all for the customers whats so wrong in that

Seriously give the guy a break your hating and you haven't even tried him yet you just saying about the old company who you had bad experience with you cant bring that shit to him

Give him a chance and good luck localhost
