got it.. when they forum load hight its auto add captcha code.. i try to many post and i got captch for some time and direct posting allow for some time

New or Old or people with high post count -> It doesnt matter you will will get it based on your activity

If you are total active in forums, it will disappear or wont appear on your acc even if you are new

Dont know how they measure activity though
