What should i start from 0 ?
i have the following domain name: devilswarez.info and i cannot decide what should i put in it: vBulletin, Wordpress or DLE?
what are your suggestions?

Yup, it isn't a good domain. But you can contradict my statement by standing out the best and making the site worthy enough.

For forum
I mean its "Devil Warez" so if we focus on the site design, then it should be more of Red - Black color theme. The site forum categories should have a Devil's Tail if possible. The usergroups should be named something like "Satan, Apex Devil, Superior Devil, Junior Devil" etc.

I have more ideas but its not good to share everything here ^_^
