As a recent costumer, I have to say the support is very good and fast, plus they seem to fix everything really fast as well. I had an issue with Filezilla Server, and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. Overall, I'm happy with the service! :)

True, but it's weekend. Plus, if there is in fact something going on with the servers, the staff team will move their efforts into repairing and fixing the issues. I bet it will be up and running by tomorrow :)

UpShared.com is the best option. Free Users download easily, with barely no waiting time. :) FTP and Remote work just fine! A lot of more options for Premium users too. Recomended for sure!

I would bet on a SEO, and some good based links partners on your page! This way, you grab useful trafic. :)
