warez-host.com - offline for 2 days

OK. My site is hacked for the 3th time. The problem is security of their servers - every time someone hack me, hacker was using backdoorshell and crash all servers including a site warez-host.com - That was hapen 2 times on worldstream server and now it hapen on "Panama offshore" (Fivvy or something like that)

My site is down. warez-host.com is down so I can not submit ticket and nobody from WH is teling me when they fix that and when I will be online again...

Please help me - what I should do?

Not to kick you while you're down, but, what made you take the risk going with a site written completely in broken English? I couldn't find onesentence on that site that made any sense. Just gonna have to hope they come back sometime.
 
Can't do anything i guess... just wait and hope they come back online, Get your files and change hosts.

b) Why does that even matter?

I suggest moving to another host when (that is IF) they come back up.

OK JJJ - I will using orangoo.com in future. People going to my site not to checking my spell errors. They coming to download stuffs.

i think warez-host went because ecatel shut there server down.... i have the owner on msn but hes hardley on but i think it said in his name that ecatel shut his server down

this isnt definate but im just telling ya what i know
 
When i saw WH site I look that they have alexa rank about 100k and I thought that it is a serious "company" that have many customers. I like their plains and they very cheap (now i know why) - and it was good for me because they accept moneybookers.... Servers was in NL in worldstream and I saww that katz is hosting there and I think Wjunction is hosted there. That is the reason I bought host there...

You may see that Katz/WJunction is from that datacenter but they aren't with warez-host.com for sure. WorldStream is a good, professional host. Anyone can make a reseller account and make shitty ass hosting with them and make it seem "legit".

Yes... you can move, go to another host, and atleast put up a temp page maybe explaining what happened, or an estimated time when your site will be back up.


Depending on the hacker, if they hacked warez-host, your files may be gone already. Who knows. like every1 said try to contact them =)

by the way, if it is the third time sum1 hacked you, why are you still hosted with them?
 
I have an account there but the server configurations were quited messed up so I couldn't install my site and it was really slow in terms of speed and support so I just gave up on it since it was only a 1 month plan. I wouldn't recommend using it, grab your back-up ASAP and move to a new host.
