Since you/your host is pretty much ignoring me, I mind as well try to get some action from you here. I submitted a request a refund and termination of my account NINE DAYS AGO, my tickets never get responded to (FIVE DAYS NO RESPONSE) and I tried going to Live Support everyday to get no avail...

Support is pretty slow, I requested termination of my account and a refund via the 30-Day Guarantee over 100 hours ago and still have not gotten any update.

For some reason, vBulletin 4 reminds of SMF but I'm not going to judge it yet until a full Gold Version comes out. I'll stick with vBulletin 3.8 for now until vBulletin 4 is stable with lots of styles and modifications available.

I have an account there but the server configurations were quited messed up so I couldn't install my site and it was really slow in terms of speed and support so I just gave up on it since it was only a 1 month plan. I wouldn't recommend using it, grab your back-up ASAP and move to a new host.
