Best offshore hosts?

Altushost.com - Regular downtime. Support always skirting issues. Cheap. Has CPanel.

Prq.se - Only 1 database + domain per package, so no-subdomains are multiple SQLs. Can get expensive having to buy multiple packages. No CPanel. Support is bad.

Lol "No CPanel" - noobs use cpanel. That is no way to judge a host.

Been using PRQ for two years and can't fault them.

Well you want to host warez and I'm sure you don't want to pay any more then the cheap provider, yet your complaining about cheap/crappy services, pay more and get better servers, or just get your own server and run a legit site and you wouldn't have to choose a new host every month.

I think OP meant their Shared Hosting. and you are co-locating there. (huge difference)

anyway I use PRQ dedicated servers. they have good hardware config and very stable network. so I can't fault them either <3

Prq.se is expensive and way overpriced, I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole, not a bad network just way to overpriced of what it should be, even with co-location or a dedicated server.

I see that you are looking for cheap reliable hosts. A lot of them are available in shared section. Have a peek there.

There is a huge variety in the Shared section, take a look there. KnownSRV.com is good offshore. Owner is Krun.
