No it isn't safe. Last year after i left the scene i done a test, With permission of the owner a rather large warez site i took the domain over for a day after he got a DMCA notice.

Within 24 hours namecheap exposed all my details without a care in the world or even a second thought to check i had put the domain on my own hosting, also with a blank page for every link. No warez at all, all legal. Yet they still handed my details over, After i made a complaint they said sorry and i left them the next day.


So no nowhere is safe. lol .
