no
if they get copyright notice they will remove it.
some people will post in plenty of forums so it will result in search engines this may caught by copyright [owners].

They aren't looking for uploaders, they got their own dedicated uploaders who were sharing their stuff for years. So It's pretty much your decision will you post your topics there or not. They are just cooperating with copyright organizations.

Every big blog/forum, or DDL site such as Katz cooperate with copyright organizations. If they cooperate with them, copyright organizations won't sue them. So they will be online.

thanks jason , that make sense
but still awfull , why my threads if they searched " the fighter " there will be more than 200 other thread

It's happening to many uploaders, not just you. Yes, its happening a lot more these days than usual but when you are into illegal business, you gotta take these things into stride. So shut up and be grateful that WBB is not turning over your IP address & other details to the cops.

Jason is right. This has being happening uploaders for years on lots of different sites not just WBB. I remember a thread here on WJunction (probably still around if you search) discussing this very same thing over a year ago. Windows was released at the time and their were hundreds of Windows threads randomly disappearing as they were obviously reported for copyright. Their's always some wave or threads disappearing or being reported. The DVD Workprint of Wolfman is another example from a year ago that was a big deal and got a lot of takedown requests.

It's not just WBB as all big sites get these and all sites comply with copyright notices so believe me it's not just you. I'd say their could be close to 100 topics a day removed on WBB. Who knows, maybe it's more?
