wants new domain

hi to all ! i wants to buy a new domain for warez is it good to get from name.com with my paypal verified account? and what forum you will suggest me to use , vBulletin, SMF, PHPbb, as if i will use vBuilletin or PhpBB of course it will be some kind of nulled. so any help....thanks

I use namecheap.com for domains, paypal does not have to be verified, just transfer funds from it to namecheap.

And for forum I'd either pay for a vB license, or I would use PHPBB3 (3.0.5 is the latest)
