You will have to remember these are self managed so don't expect support from ovh, that is why it is best to buy from reseller.

but back to the OP great bang for the buck deal I have seen is over at http://hdspeedbox.com

they got a promo code going round 2OFFBRAVO for $2 off one time or something plus with reseller like that rutorrent come pre-installed and all ready to go.

To be fair, I've repeatedly raped OVH over the years and have never had any suspension or any other issues with them, and at one point I was running a Seedbox/leech/SFTP/streaming audio and video without any attempt to hide what I was doing so I'd safely say you'd be fine. :P
